Terms for MoL Wallet AIS Evaluation

1. Operator and purpose

The MoL Wallet AIS Evaluation is operated by Roaming Minds, CVR 46376692, C/O Mathias Henrik Ottosen, Lysbrovænget 2, 8600 Silkeborg, Denmark.

The application exists solely for an internal technical evaluation of read-only access to one Lunar Business account owned by Roaming Minds. It is not a public product or service.

2. Permitted user and account

The only permitted user is the founder acting for Roaming Minds. The application may be used only with a business account owned by Roaming Minds and explicitly linked to the restricted Enable Banking application.

No third party is invited or permitted to use the application or connect an account.

3. Read-only access

The application uses account information services only. It cannot initiate, approve or execute payments. It must not be used to grant autonomous spending authority or to operate a live MoL entity.

4. Authorisation and termination

Account access begins only after the account holder completes the authorisation flow provided through Enable Banking and Lunar. The account holder may terminate active data sharing through the mechanisms made available by Enable Banking or Lunar. Roaming Minds may stop the evaluation or revoke the application credentials at any time.

5. Evaluation status and reliance

The application is experimental. Availability, field coverage, history depth and data timing depend on Lunar and Enable Banking. Evaluation output must not be treated as the sole authoritative record for bookkeeping, tax reporting, payment decisions or regulatory compliance.

6. Data protection

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Notice for MoL Wallet AIS Evaluation. That notice must remain publicly accessible at the URL registered with Enable Banking while the production application exists.

7. Third-party services

Use of the bank connection is also subject to the applicable terms and consent flows of Lunar and Enable Banking. These terms do not replace their terms.

8. Changes and end of evaluation

Roaming Minds may amend these terms if the evaluation changes. The application must not be opened to other users, changed to payment initiation, or used for persistent operational processing without a prior review of these terms and the privacy notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law.
